I work in early childhood, educating children from birth to 12 years old. I attended Eckerd College to earn my bachelor's degree in biology, and then I went on to Concordia University - Portland when I realized I wanted to pursue education. At Concordia, I received a masters degree in curriculum and instruction. I enjoy working with students to help them reach their goals, and then work alongside them to set higher goals and achieve them as well. It's very rewarding to help students become successful academically, and that inspires me as a teacher and tutor. When I have free time, I'm into nutrition, CrossFit, hiking, kayaking, reading, writing, and eating good food.
